How does the consultation work?
Our consultations are designed to get to know you, your vision, and your wedding goals. We start with a phone or video call (by appointment) to discuss your ideas, timeline, and any questions you have. After that, we’ll guide you through the next steps — like filling out our venue research form — so we can start planning a wedding that’s perfectly tailored to you.
How do room blocks for guests work?
A room block is a group of hotel rooms reserved for your wedding guests at a special rate. We help you choose the right hotel(s), negotiate the best rates, and set a deadline for reservations. Guests simply book their rooms within the block, ensuring they stay close to the venue and often at a better price than booking individually. It’s an easy way to keep everyone together and make travel stress-free.

We help you with the research and booking side of your destination wedding or event — like finding venues, securing date availability, setting up room blocks, and organizing travel logistics — but we don’t provide full planning or on‑site coordination services.

We are certified travel agents, which means we’re trained and experienced in handling travel logistics, booking accommodations, and coordinating travel details for weddings and events. Can we request a site visit through you at venues?
We don’t coordinate or attend site visits, but we can help you request them directly with the venue. We provide all the contact information and guidance you need to schedule a visit, so you can tour the space and ask questions firsthand.
